Our friend Marielos of Costa Rica invited us to
visit her country so in June, 1997 we flew to San José.
For the next three weeks, Marielos and her family and friends
took us to many beautiful and interesting places. We visited the
spectacular Arenal volcano shown here. At night we saw the volcano
in action and enjoyed the warm thermal waters of the adjacent
Tabacón resort.
