Marielos' brother José and his wife Roxana and her sister, Maribel took us on a week-end trip to Esparza, Puntarenas and across the Gulfo de Nicoya to a lovely and remote Pacific beach. The above photo of Betty, Roxana and her sister, Maribel was taken on the ferry from Puntarenas to Playa Naranjo. Roxana also made arrangements for us to visit the lovely Guanacaste beach of Tamarindo. In the photo below Betty is enjoying the view of the Pacific ocean at Playa Tamarindo.
