Maribell took us many places including to the town of Sarchí where the famous hand-painted ox carts are made. Maribell also took us to see the Basílica de Nuestra Señora de los Angeles in Cartargo, where on the 2nd of August, hundreds of Costa Ricans walk from towns far and wide to pay homage to the country's patron saint, La Negrita.
