In the photo above, Betty is standing in front of the Columbus Monument Tower at the foot of the Ramblas. Near the top of the tower is a room with spectacular views of the city and the harbor. We also had supreme views of the city from the cable car shown in the photo below. Film buffs may remember Jack Nicholson riding it in the movie "The Passenger"
