In the photo below, Emérita, Marielos and Craig are toasting the photographer, Betty in the Gran Cafe in downtown Cáceres. This is a favorite meeting place for coffee, drinks and snacks in Cáceres, and we found ourselves enjoying it on several occasions during our visit. We had a wonderful time with our friends, Marielos of Costa Rica and Emérita of Venezuela, during their studies in Cáceres, Spain and we look forward to more visits.
